Thank you, Susan and I would like to thank you very much, you make us feel important as a client and as people. Now days it not to often you get good customer service any more. Not even over the phone you get answering machine or options that take you to other options...etc. I like dealing with people that have you best interest at heart and will not just trying to make a sale and you don't see them again. I like people that will tell you yes you can do this or no you can't for what ever reasons, not just to make a sale. I will continue to send you referrals from friends and relatives as often as I can.

No that I have said that, When this deal is complete , I would like to talk with you about other properties and going into this with a small group of people like us that is looking to invest in property. I know this sounds like I'm crazy but I think that if we strike now while the iron is still hot a little hot we can do some good for all of us, do you agree?
